Kindly note that by opening an account on jalwa.game and/or downloading and/or using the mobile application of Jalwa Game, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you should therefore read these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

    • You need to be aged above 18 to register and play on Jalwa Game.
    • You need to be residing in a zone where skill based predictive and/or lotteries and/or games of this nature are legally permitted.
    • You confirm that the information you provide during registration is true, complete and current.
    • Jalwa Game can verify your age and identity whenever it deems contact to.

    Account Rules

      • Each player can hold one account on Jalwa Game only.
      • You must keep your username, password, and OTP and be secret.
      • All actions on your account are considered to be done by you.
      • Users are not allowed to share, sell, or lend their accounts.
      • Jalwa Game can suspend or close accounts if it doesn’t comply with these rules/terms.

      Deposits And Withdrawals

        • The minimum deposit on Jalwa Game is 100 rupees and the minimum withdrawal is 100 rupees.
        • Deposits are usually credited in 5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed in 10 minutes after KYC is approved.
        • All transactions must be made through your own verified bank account or UPI ID.
        • Third party payments are not allowed and may lead to account suspensions.
        • There are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals at Jalwa Game.

        KYC Verification

          • To withdraw for the first time, every player is required to do a one-time KYC verification.
          • They will need to provide Aadhaar, PAN, and bank or UPI proof of their own, along with their KYC.
          • Fund will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed for providing fake or tampered documents.

          Bonuses and Promotions

            • Terms and conditions for wagering and eligibility are mentioned on the respective promo page for each bonus, promo code, and tournament prizes.
            • Players are prohibited from abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts to redeem a bonus.
            • Jalwa Game reserves the right to rescind bonuses and linked winnings attained by abuse.
            • Without prior notice, bonuses, promos, and contests are subject to be added, modified, or removed.

            Fair Play

              • Jalwa Game uses certified Random Number Generators for its games, and all of them are subject to independent audits.
              • Usage of any tool that gives an unfair advantage, including (but not limited to) bots, hacks, and automation, is prohibited.
              • Jalwa Game reserves the right to pursue all legal actions against unfair contestants and permanently ban them.
              • Unfair actions to gain advantage for games, payments, or referral commissions will be subject to the same.
              • Jalwa Game does not endorse any third party, hack, tools, videos, or sellers claiming to provide hacks, predict outcomes, or provide guaranteed wins, with legal action to be pursued.

              Referral Program

                • Players are granted a lifetime commission for referring their friends through their individualized referral code.
                • The referral of a fake account, a self-referral, or referral for the purpose of personal gain through the use of bots is not allowed.
                • Referral earnings determined to result from fraudulent behavior may be reversed or withheld at the discretion of Jalwa Game.

                Player Responsibilities

                  • You commit to playing within your means and not beyond what you can afford to lose.
                  • You will not engage in illegal activities such as money laundering or any activities that are unlawful while using Jalwa Game.
                  • You will not post chat, community, or review content that is inappropriate, abusive, and/or harmful.
                  • As per Indian laws and regulations, you are wholly responsible for paying any and all taxes related to your winnings.

                  Limitation of Liability

                    • We offer Jalwa Game without any warranties and will not be liable for the failure of the system to operate without interruption or for the failure to guarantee that a player will win.
                    • We will not be responsible for losses from internet connectivity problems, equipment problems, payment problems caused by third parties, or any other problem that is out of our control.
                    • Our liability in any case will be limited to the balance in the player’s account at the time the issue is raised.

                    Account Suspension and Closure

                      Jalwa Game may suspend or terminate any Account that:

                      • Has been found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
                      • is found to be a duplicate account, a fake account, an account belonging to a minor, or any such account that is found to be operated by a person of a minor age.
                      • Engages in acts of fraud, abuse of bonuses, or money laundering.
                      • Has been inactive for over 12 months.

                      Also, accounts can be closed at any time, upon request, by the player.

                      Modifications to terms
                      Jalwa shall modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date at the top will always show you the most recently updated version. You accept the updated terms when you continue to use the platform after changes are made.

                      Applicable law

                        The law of India shall govern these Terms and Conditions. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent arbitration court as per jurisdiction.
